course of a session

Every session starts with an assessment of your current status. This status determines the course of the session. Most of the realignment of the fascia is done with my hands. Sometimes little tools are used to treat specific areas or distortions. Some of it can be painful. The session always ends with a reassessment to envision the changes.

about me

I am a German trained physiotherapist officially registered with the ICPFA here in Andalusia (colegiado 8199). I specialise in working with the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM). FDM is the missing link  for me in helping patients with pain and mobility in a fast and structured maner. I trained with the EFDMA, the European FDM Association, who sets standards in education and promotes FDM throughout Europe.

I do speak German, English and Dutch.
